Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love your order, but if something’s not quite right, here’s how to return it.

Exchanges

Right now, we don’t offer exchanges - our stock is limited and items can sell out quickly.

If you’d like a different size or item, we recommend:

Returning the original item for a refund, and
Placing a new order if the size/item you want is available.

If you request an exchange and we are out of stock, we’ll automatically issue you a refund instead.

More simply put

We don't offer direct swaps yet — just send it back and place a new order if what you want is still in stock.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to tell us if you want to return your item for a refund. Once your return is approved, you’ll have another 14 days to send the item back.

Changed your mind after 14 Days?

Returns requested after the initial 14-day window may be considered for store credit only, at our discretion.

Return Shipping Costs

We carefully check every item before sending, but if your item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we’ve got you. Just email us at hey@aigokids.com with details, and we’ll send you a return label once approved.

If you’re returning for any other reason (e.g. change of mind, wrong size), you are responsible for return shipping.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service – items are your responsibility until they reach us.

If we made a mistake, we’ll cover the return postage. Otherwise, return shipping is your responsibility – and please send it tracked.
